Adriana is a competitive Ultrarunner who focuses primarily on ultra races of 100k and over, in every type of weather and on all terrains. Her most recent feat was first female, 4th overall, and breaking the course record of HMDS Morocco, a multistage through the Sahara, as well as a second place female at the Run Fire Salt Lake Ultra Trail 40k, a race run on an extremely exposed, salt lake in Turkey.
Adriana is a certified sports nutritionist, personal trainer, and coach. This experience along with her personal ambitions have given her the perfect opportunity to research nutrition and training science in practice, experiment with new trends herself, and discover what works best for her own ultramarathon training plan. Building on this wealth of knowledge and personal experiences, Adriana will work with you to see what works best for you: your training will be specifically tailored to your life and goals, providing consistent opportunities for feedback along the way in order to adjust your plan when needed.
Committed to forming relationships with clients looking to achieve their athletic goals, Adriana is always there for one-on-one guidance and for reinforcing holistic lifestyle habits throughout the busy lifestyle that comes with being a recreational, semi-professional, or professional athlete. Adriana is a firm believer in working with both the body and mind and making sure they are aligned, which is why focus will also be put on recovery and the mental aspects of endurance training in addition to the actual training sessions.
For those living in and around Innsbruck, Adriana also offers in-person trainings or consultations. For in-person strength training, she collaborates with AlpinPoint Innsbruck, where we will have the space to focus on you during your training session.
Adriana has also been the official rehabilitation strength trainer for Physio Elements at Marktplatz in Innsbruck since 2020.
